The Manufacturing Associate I, Consumables will be responsible for delivering manufacturing requirements against production schedule within a focused manufacturing operation. Writing of SOP’s and discovering best practices to build manufacturing processes. Participating in manufacturing processes to support new product design transfer, process development, equipment validations, process validations and investigations and resolution of product/process issues. Performing maintenance and calibration of Manufacturing measuring and monitoring devices as well as maintaining the integrity of work areas.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily and weekly production schedules to meet manufacturing targets for standard, build-to-order, and contract products.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of process documentation, business system transactions, and inventory cycle counts.
  • Support the transfer of new products and processes into manufacturing, contributing to process development and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Participate in equipment and process validations, audits, and investigations to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain and calibrate manufacturing equipment; monitor supply levels and initiate purchase requisitions as needed.
  • Prepare, package, and ship finished goods while upholding cleanliness, safety, and quality standards within the manufacturing environment.
  • Adhere to all Quality System and safety requirements, maintaining current training and fostering effective cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience in the field of Chemistry, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Medical Technology related field
  • 1+ Years At least 1 year of relevant experience in a Life Sciences, Chemistry, or Medical Technology related industry
  • Familiarity with ERP and PLM software is a nice-to-have that supports future projects this role will own.
